Josie is our Customer Service Manager here at Camp K9! She grew up on a small hobby farm in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin raising everything from horses, to dogs, to bees. She has a degree is Social Work from UW Milwaukee with a focus in Environmental Science which has led her to pursue careers in Environmental Education in different states as well as a multitude of different countries. One of her favorite aspects of Camp K9 is meeting all of the wonderful guests that come (both human and animal!) and working with the diverse temperaments and care needs of the campers. Her favorite dogs to work with at Camp are the ones that are slow to warm up, because when they finally do become more comfortable, it is extra rewarding! In her free time she loves hiking with her rescue pup, Hazel, gardening, and reading.
